Planner

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Manager and customer representative Manager on new customer requirements.
• Work closely with IT PIC for all Apps issues reported by drivers.
• Check the daily reports for Milestone, POD uploading, External Calendar, AGS report.
• Assist and work closely with both Fleet Supervisor and Safety supervisor on day-to-day operations.
• Check and go thru all drivers OT's submissions provided by respective planners every 19th of each month.
• Prepare a summary report of the driver OT for HR submission.
• Assist the manager with leave application and approval when the manager on leave / MC.
• Support Escalations matters to IT for any App and Portal issues.
• Maintain the planning sheet for any new changes via the excel file.
• Maintain the drivers and fleets records in the BHS System
• Maintain and follow up with all POD (Hardcopy) request by Customer.

Requirements:

• N level; ITE Diploma or its equivalent, preferably in logistic or Operations Management
• Strong Problem solving
• Good time management and planning
• Good customer service, analytical, and follow-up skills
• Good organization skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office, especially in Outlook, Words, and Excel
• Willing to do hands-on, operations-oriented
• Strong analytical ability, meticulous, sensitive to numbers and figures
• Able to work independently
