About this job
1. 1+ years of experience in skincare, cosmetics, Ayurveda, organic beauty, wellness, or premium retail sales.
2. Strong familiarity with the Ayurveda-based skincare industry.
3. Ability to communicate effectively in English and at least two Indian languages.
4. Strong knowledge of organic skincare products, ingredients, and Ayurvedic formulations.
5. Expertise in skin analysis and interpretation with the ability to recommend suitable skincare routines.
6. Excellent customer relationship management and consultative selling skills.
7. Strong product demonstration and presentation skills.
8. Well-groomed, confident, customer-oriented, and target-driven.
