Salary: S$3,200 – S$3,500/month, based on experience, qualifications and portfolio
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM

TutorJohn Learning Centre (TJLC) is a growing education brand in Singapore specialising in small-group tuition for Primary and Secondary students. We are committed to delivering quality education through our proprietary curriculum, dedicated educators and innovative teaching approach.

We are looking for a creative, proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to head and execute our marketing initiatives, strengthen our brand presence and drive student enquiries and enrolment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate leads, enquiries and student enrolments.

• Manage and grow TJLC's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok

• Develop and maintain monthly content calendars across digital channels.

• Create engaging marketing content, including social media posts, Reels, short-form videos, photography and marketing visuals.

• Handle copywriting and coordinate the production of brochures, posters, EDMs and other marketing materials.

• Support and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.

• Assist with SEO, website content and digital marketing initiatives to improve online visibility and traffic.

• Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, influencers, agencies and other external partners where required.

• Support promotional campaigns, events, partnerships and seasonal enrolment drives.

• Monitor competitors, social media trends and emerging marketing opportunities.

• Track and analyse campaign performance, including leads, conversion rates, cost per lead, website traffic, social media engagement and advertising ROI.

• Recommend improvements based on campaign data and performance insights.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience.

• Good understanding of digital marketing, social media management and content creation.

• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads is preferred.

• Proficient in content creation tools such as Canva and CapCut or similar software.

• Basic knowledge of photography, videography and video editing.

• Strong copywriting, communication, coordination and project management skills.

• Creative, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects independently.

• Comfortable working with data and marketing performance metrics.

• Experience in the education, tuition, enrichment or childcare industry will be an advantage.
