Job Summary

Join Certis as a Security Officer to perform access control, patrol premises, monitor CCTV, respond to alarms, and deliver professional customer service in a dynamic security environment.

Responsibilities

• Control access and log visitors to maintain site security and safety
• Conduct regular patrols of premises to detect and deter security breaches
• Monitor CCTV systems actively to identify and respond to suspicious activities
• Respond promptly and effectively to alarm activations to mitigate risks
• Deliver professional customer service to support a safe and welcoming environment
• Communicate clearly and maintain a professional attitude when interacting with colleagues and visitors

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum Secondary 2 education
• Valid PRD License for trained officers
• Willingness to learn and complete training for untrained officers

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Professional attitude and good communication skills to enhance team collaboration and visitor interactions
