Job Description

• Assist with social media management (posting, scheduling, basic engagement)
• Help create content (blog posts, captions, email newsletters, simple visuals)
• Carry out basic SEO tasks (keyword research, on-page optimisation)
• Prepare reports on campaign results
• Assist with email marketing and CRM tools
• Research competitors and digital trends
• Assist in planning and coordinating company events (product launches, webinars, internal events)
• Support event logistics such as registrations, guest lists, venues, and vendor coordination
• Promote events across digital channels and track registrations
• Capture and organise event content (photos, videos, testimonials)

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X)
• Good written communication skills
• Willingness to learn and take feedback
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Express)
