About this job
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage BIM models for architectural projects.
- Ensure BIM standards, protocols, and workflows are properly implemented.
- Collaborate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to resolve clashes.
- Attend coordination meetings and provide technical BIM support.
- Maintain model accuracy throughout design and construction stages.
- Prepare BIM-related documentation and reports as required.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in BIM software (e.g. Revit, Navisworks).
- Solid understanding of architectural design and construction processes.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working on medium to large-scale projects is preferred.
