AI Specialist

Responsibilities:

Knowledge Transfer:

• To be competent in the various AI language models(Google and Microsoft preferred) and to train our salesforce to utilise them intheir business

• To be competent in the various AI tools andsolutions and to train our salesforce to utilise them in their business

Sales Operations Automation:

• Build, optimise and maintain workflows throughvarious AI models to streamline lead management, client communications andappointment setting
• Design AI-driven agents that qualify leads, trigger WhatsApp outreach, andalert telemarketers in real time

AI Content Creation & Funnel Building

• Engineer prompts and deploy AI tools to generatemarketing copy, sales scripts, and client engagement materials.

• Collaborate with our marketing team to create AI-poweredcontent funnels that increase inbound lead flow.

Innovation & Growth

• Experiment with new AI tools and automationplatforms to continuously improve efficiency.

• Translate business requirements into scalable AIworkflows that directly increase conversion rates and salesforce productivity.

Requirements:
• Minimum A level or diploma qualifications (relevant AI-related certificationpreferred)

• Must be proficient in AI-related tools andsolutions
• Must be good in communications and able to train others (knowledge transfer)

• Able to work independently as well as in ateam
