Entry Level - HR Admin Assistant (West)

• Company Transport provided at Marsiling MRT, Jurong East MRT and Bukit Indah, Johor (daily)
• Working day: 8:30am to 5:15pm (Monday to Friday)

Job Responsibilities:

• General administrative support.
• Data entry and filing.
• Answer phone calls and emails.
• Prepare and organize documents.
• Schedule appointments and meetings.
• Maintain office records.
• Assist with office operations.
• Handle basic paperwork.
• Support daily administrative tasks.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource Management / Administration / Business Studies or equivalent
• 0 - 1 year relevant experience in administrative or HR support role
• Training will be provided for candidate with lesser experience
