Job Purpose:
To ensure the smooth, efficient,and compliant daily operations of the clinic, deliver excellent patientservice, and lead and support the clinic team in achieving high standards ofcare, performance, and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
· Ensure the efficient and effective dailyoperations of the clinic.
· Provide support and cross-cover across all roleswhen necessary, including assisting in dental chairside duties.
· Continuously improve the level of customerservice and enhance the overall patient experience.
· Uphold patient confidentiality and ensurecompliance with MOH guidelines and privacy policies at all times.
· Organize and facilitate staff induction,training, and onboarding programs to ensure staff readiness and competency.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff records,including attendance, leave, and medical certifications.
· Plan, coordinate, and document clinic meetings,including the preparation of agendas and recording of minutes.
· Foster a motivated, cohesive, and collaborativeclinic team culture through consistent leadership and encouragement.
· Oversee the clinic's patient feedback andcomplaints process, investigating and resolving issues professionally andpromptly.
· Respond to all patient queries and concerns in acourteous, empathetic, and timely manner.
· Build and maintain positive relationships withpatients and clinicians.
· Implement strategies to improve clinicproductivity and maximize the value of dental staff and procedures.
· Manage clinic facilities, equipment, inventory,and supplies to ensure operational efficiency and cost control.
· Monitor and evaluate stock levels, coordinaterepair or replacement of dental equipment as needed to minimize servicedisruption.
· Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned bythe Zone Manager.
Requirements:
· Diploma or Degree in HealthcareManagement, or related.
· At least 2 years of clinicsupervisory or management experience in dental or healthcare setting.
· Strong leadership, communication,and problem-solving skills.
· Familiar with Medisave and CHASworkflows is a bonus.
· Hands-on,adaptable, and proactive team player.
