Job Summary

Manage comprehensive HR and accounting functions including payroll processing, compliance with MOM and tax regulations, worker accommodation administration, and financial reporting to support operational efficiency and regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities

  • Process full payroll using MOM portal and HR e-services to ensure accurate and timely employee compensation
  • Prepare and present HR reports to management to inform decision-making and policy development
  • Lead the organization, maintenance, and development of HR policies to align with company and regulatory standards
  • Manage company worker accommodation including dormitory rental contracts, check-in/out procedures, and related administrative tasks
  • Coordinate government license applications and renewals, including ISO certification compliance
  • Apply and renew Work Permits (WP) in accordance with construction sector Labour Law and MOM guidelines
  • Maintain daily worker attendance records and update claim sheets for accurate workforce tracking
  • Process payments to suppliers, related companies, banks, IRAS, and other regulatory bodies to ensure financial obligations are met
  • Prepare quarterly GST submission reports for review by Group Financial Controller to ensure tax compliance
  • Manage full-set accounts for monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing to support financial accuracy and reporting
  • Complete monthly, quarterly, and GST report filings within deadlines during peak periods to maintain compliance
  • Handle accounts payable functions including invoice processing and payment scheduling
  • Assist in month-end closing activities, bank reconciliations, regional consolidation, forecast reporting, and cash flow management to support liquidity monitoring
  • Support management with daily administrative tasks such as document management, scheduling, and meeting preparation to enhance operational efficiency
  • Manage communication channels by handling phone calls and emails, coordinating information flow, and responding promptly to inquiries
  • Track income, expenses, and financial figures to verify accuracy and legitimacy of profit and loss statements
  • Prepare client claims and invoices and report to Manager for financial reconciliation
  • Generate profit and loss reports per worker monthly to analyze labor cost efficiency
  • Compile daily sales reports to monitor business performance
