Job Summary

Support the development and execution of supply chain projects across Southeast Asia by coordinating project activities, managing external advisors, facilitating digital initiatives, and tracking performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, assessment, and execution of supply chain investment and development projects across Southeast Asia by managing timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups
• Conduct market and industry research to support feasibility studies, due diligence, and preparation of project materials
• Coordinate selection and engagement of external consulting firms and service providers following company procurement policies, ensuring timely delivery of outputs
• Collaborate with local country offices, subsidiaries, internal departments, and HQ to coordinate project-related matters and facilitate smooth project execution
• Coordinate rollout and implementation of digital supply chain systems with internal teams and support local teams to adopt these systems effectively
• Assist in reviewing and coordinating project-related contracts and agreements with internal departments and external advisors to ensure compliance and alignment
• Consolidate project information and prepare reports, management presentations, and progress updates for Group/HQ to track supply chain business targets and KPIs
• Perform other ad hoc tasks and project assignments as required to support overall project success

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working in a shipping carrier environment
• Diploma or degree in a related shipping or maritime discipline
• Independent and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to engage stakeholders effectively
• Ability to multitask and collaborate as a team player
• Knowledge in Mandarin to liaise with HQ in Shanghai
• Fresh graduates with good shipping or maritime knowledge are welcome to apply
