Account Executive (Full Sets)

Working Days: 5 days
Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Address: International Business Park (Jurong East)
Salary: $2500 - $3200 + VB

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of accounting schedules
• Assist on yearly audit and tax computation reporting
• Assist on inter-company billing
• Control and manages end-to-end financial processes in support of the account which includes collections, payments, monthly close activities and balance sheet reconciliation
• Ensuring all accounting systems, practices, controls and procedures are fully compliance with company policy
• Establish effective internal control procedures to improve accounting and reporting systems
• Ensure all the accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system
• Liaise with Internal and External Auditors, Tax Agent, Legal, Bankers and etc.
• Assist on any ad-hoc tasks required by management
  

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting
• Minimum 2 – 3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, bank reconciliation and month-end closing
• Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Malaysia and Singapore accounting
