- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and recommend products tailored to each customer
- Create an engaging and memorable in-store experience
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and store KPIs
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
- Support daily operations including stock replenishment and inventory

- Passion for beauty, skincare, and cosmetics
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Positive, service-oriented mindset
- Relevant retail or beauty experience is an advantage
