Key Responsibilities
🔹 What You’ll Do
- Support the design and delivery of training programmes and certifications
- Coordinate with trainers, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Manage programme logistics, communications, and reporting
- Assist in outreach and partnerships that drive talent development
- Monitor budget allocations and expenditures.
- Undertake any other ad hoc events duties as assigned.
🔹 What We’re Looking For
- Degree/Diploma in Business, HR, Education or related fields
- Fresh graduates or 1–2 years’ experience (MICE experience is a bonus!)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Familiarity with SkillsFuture and workforce development frameworks is a plus
