Operation & Logistic Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Airfreight Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling air freight operations, ensuring timely shipment processing, and maintaining excellent coordination with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage airfreight import/export shipments
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation (AWB, invoices, permits, etc.)
• Liaise with airlines, agents, and customers to ensure smooth operations
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to clients
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company procedures
• Handle any shipment issues and resolve them efficiently

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in airfreight / logistics
• Familiar with airfreight procedures and documentation
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office

Salary:
$2,500 – $3,500 (commensurate with experience)
