Facilities Technician (Rotating Shift)

Our esteemed client in the Facilities Management industry is seeking a Facilities Technician to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Position: Facilities Technician
• Location: East
• Working Hours: Rotating Shift (8am to 8pm; 8pm to 8am – 2 days shift, 2 night shift, 2 days off)
• Salary Package: Gross salary around $3,500 + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, repair, and servicing of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, including responding to breakdowns and fault reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in building facilities to ensure smooth operations.
• Attend promptly to defects, customer complaints, and service requests.
• Conduct routine inspections and report faults to the supervisor.
• Maintain records of checks and repairs performed.
• Handle any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum ITE in Mechanical, Electrical, Building, Facility Management or related field.
• At least 1 year of related experience in Facilities Maintenance or Engineering company.
• Willing to commit to shift work.
