✨ ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a Chinese fine dining restaurant as a Sous Chef specialising in Dim Sum, supporting the kitchen team in delivering high-quality dishes and maintaining excellent food standards.

👨‍🍳 JOB SCOPE
• Lead and supervise the Dim Sum kitchen team
• Prepare and oversee the production of quality dim sum dishes
• Ensure consistency in food quality, taste and presentation
• Manage daily kitchen operations and food preparation
• Monitor food quality, hygiene and kitchen safety standards
• Assist with stock control and ingredient preparation
• Train and guide junior kitchen team members
• Support the Chef / Head Chef in maintaining smooth kitchen operations

🎯 REQUIREMENTS
✅ Relevant experience as a Dim Sum Chef / Sous Chef
✅ Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Chinese Dim Sum
✅ Able to work in a fast-paced fine dining environment
✅ Good leadership and team management skills
