About the role

We are seeking proactive and reliable individuals to join our food & beverage team as Shift Leaders. In this role, you will oversee team members during shifts, ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest experiences.

What you’ll be doing

• Supervise team members during assigned shifts
• Allocate tasks and monitor performance
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and updates
• Handle customer complaints professionally
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
• Manage cash handling and daily sales reports
• Support training of new staff
• Uphold brand standards and service quality
• Act as the point of contact for management during shifts

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 2–3 years relevant F&B experience
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution ability
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling
• Ability to supervise and motivate a staff
• Strong customer service orientation and communication
• Responsible, reliable, and dependable with a hands-on approach
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
