STRUCTURAL CAD ENGINEER

Job Description:

• Create shop drawings based on client given information, specifications, calculations and drawing to incorporating all details of shop drawings.
• Ensure the drawings in keeping with company standards.
• Understand Company welding details and nesting details.
• Provide MTO based on drawing details
• Develop and maintain drawing numbering system and proper control of revisions.
• Maintain and manage all drawing files, perform updates and revisions as needed, and implement corrections accurately and promptly as directed by the Section Head or Leads.
• Explain drawings to Production or Construction teams and provide adjustments if necessary.
• Coordinate with team members and other discipline

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
• Min 5 years of experience in Marine Offshore projects
• Work in an environment with schedules and priorities
• Hand on knowledge on Auto-cad is essential
• Material management with nesting plan preparation
• Willing to take any job when assigned
• Able to use AVEVA & Tekla software
