Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Pioneer Road

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm

Remuneration Package: up to SGD5,000 Basic + Bonus

• Identify and implement manufacturing process improvements and best practices.
• Create standard engineering and production work procedures and instructions.
• Plan process workflows and analyse production data and trends to improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Provide support in production to ensure production operations run smoothly and customer requirements are met.
• Investigate non-conformance root cause and suggest corrective action.
• Provide coaching and training to machinists on work procedures and instructions.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or related discipline.
• Ability to interpret BOM & technical drawings.
• Good knowledge of manufacturing best practices.
• Good knowledge of relevant Product, Technical Standards and Codes.
• Strong investigation and problem solving skills.
