Merchandiser cum Sales Representative (Urgent Hiring)

Overview
Chitose Agriculture Initiative Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and hands-on Merchandiser to support our retail, B2C, and event operations. As a sustainability-driven agri-brand, you will play a key role in ensuring our fresh produce and products are well-presented, properly stocked, and aligned with our brand story across retail spaces and activations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product assortment, pricing, and promotions for retail and event sales
• Monitor and update inventory via in-house app and coordinate replenishment to maintain product freshness and minimize wastage
• Set up and maintain visually appealing displays at retail outlets, pop-ups, and roadshows
• Coordinate with operations and supply teams to ensure timely stock delivery
• Track sales performance and customer buying trends to optimize merchandising strategies
• Support and execute B2C events and retails
• Ensure brand consistency across all merchandising and customer touchpoints
• Assist with in-store promotional efforts

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail, or related field
• Experience in merchandising, retail, events preferred
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Comfortable with hands-on work and event setups
• Basic proficiency in Mobile Apps
• Able to work both weekends and Public Holidays or flexible hours when supporting events
• 6 days work week
