- A1 Main Contractor
- Basic from $5,000 to $6,500 + Bonus
- 5 days’ work week
- Location: Woodlands/Central
Responsibilities
- Support the Quantity Surveying Manager in pre-and post-contract administration.
- Handle procurement, budgeting, cost control and cash flow management.
- Manage progress claims, contract payments, variations and final accounts.
- Assist with tender evaluation, subcontractor management and commercial negotiations.
- Monitor construction costs and keep updated on market trends and cost movements.
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Good knowledge of construction costs and market trends.
- Prior experience working on commercial, industrial, high rise private residential building projects.
- Experience from A1 main contractors will be preferred.
