Accounts cum HR Executive [Open to fresh entry level]

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

• Manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and tracking via the MOM portal.
• Liaise with government agencies and external vendors on employment-related matters.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, leave, attendance, and payroll administration.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and company policies.

Finance

• Process employee claims, reimbursements, invoices, and accounts payable transactions.
• Verify claims and supporting documents in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain proper financial records and filing.
• Assist with month-end closing and finance administration.
• Support audits and coordinate with external parties when required.

General Administration

• Maintain organized filing systems and company records.
• Support daily operations and cross-functional administrative activities.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in Singapore work pass administration is preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of MOM regulations and the Employment Act is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with HR or accounting systems is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
