Supply Chain Business Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced senior sales professional to join our team in Singapore. This role is focused on selling full supply chain solutions, engaging with decision makers and procurement teams across South East Asia and the Pacific region, and focused on leveraging the shift of procurement decision-making into this region.

Reporting structure:
This role reports into regional leadership across New Zealand, Australia, and Asia. It requires close alignment across borders with teams throughout the APAC region.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive sales of integrated supply chain solutions across all our regions.
• Support and contribute to our network strategy, ensuring alignment across regions and functions
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers, supporting network-led sales opportunities
• Identify and secure new customers, driving new business development and long-term growth across all our regions.
• Engage with procurement teams and provide insight to regional decision-making trends and provide key customer information to local teams.
• Connect effectively with local teams while leveraging the wider global network
• Collaborate across borders to deliver consistent, coordinated solutions for customers

Ideal candidate:

• Proven track record in a senior sales role
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and procurement processes
• Experience working across the Asia-Pacific region
• Able to operate independently while aligning with regional leadership and network priorities

Key Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of proven sales or business development experience within logistics, 3PL, or freight forwarding.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, client-facing presentation, and project management capabilities.
