About this job
Support the day-to-day administration and processing of grant applications, variations and claims.
Review and verify supporting documents for completeness and compliance.
Follow up with employers, partners and relevant stakeholders on discrepancies or outstanding documents.
Process claims and prepare supporting documents for payment.
Maintain accurate and audit-ready records.
Handle enquiries and appeals from members and external partners.
Verify membership information and update internal databases.
Prepare reports and perform data entry as required.
Perform other ad-hoc administrative and operational duties.
