Accounts Payable & General Ledger Executive (6 Months Contract) #Marymount #NKC

Perform invoice processing and 3-way matching against Purchase Orders and Delivery Orders.

Post vendor invoices and employee expense claims into the accounting system.

Reconcile vendor accounts, AP subledger and intercompany balances.

Prepare AP aging reports and monthly payment runs.

Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items.

Prepare and post recurring and ad-hoc journal entries.

Maintain fixed asset records and support fixed asset reconciliation.

Prepare cash flow forecasts, expense reports and management reports.

Support GST, group reporting and audit requirements.

Maintain customer and vendor accounts in the accounting system.

Perform internal controls in accordance with company policies.

Support job costing, project accounting and month-end closing activities.

Assist with process improvements and other ad-hoc accounting duties
