Customer Service, Order Management Executive #NKC
About this job
Manage customer accounts and respond to enquiries, requests and order updates.
Process customer orders, POs and quotations accurately.
Coordinate with customers on order status, shipment schedules and delivery timelines.
Update sales and job orders in the ERP system.
Monitor order progress, material availability and shipment schedules.
Liaise with production, procurement, logistics and engineering teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Identify potential delays and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
Prepare open order reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Communicate customer requirements clearly to internal teams.
Support process improvements to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
