Account Executive (AP) (1 Year Contact) (Insurance Company) #NKC

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP), including invoices, staff claims and inter-company transactions.
• Support payment processing and daily cash management activities.
• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
• Assist with financial reports, schedules and variance analysis.
• Support audit, GST, tax and statutory reporting requirements.
• Assist with new system implementation and accounting process setup.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Provide support to the finance team and guide junior team members.
• Perform other ad-hoc finance duties as assigned.
