Project Manager — SAP SuccessFactors
About this job
The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of SuccessFactors implementations and AMS engagements for clients in Singapore and across the region. You’ll be the operational anchor of your projects, keeping scope, timeline, budget, and client relationships on track while working closely with functional consultants across our Singapore, Manila, and India teams. This is a delivery role for someone who is organised, client-facing, and comfortable running projects across time zones and cultures.
What You’ll Do
• Manage the full delivery lifecycle of SuccessFactors projects (implementation and AMS), from kick-off through hyper care, keeping engagements on scope, on time, and on budget.
• Build and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and governance materials; run steering committee and working-group meetings with client stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-border delivery teams across Singapore, Manila, and India, aligning consultant capacity to project milestones.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, managing expectations, escalations, and change requests, and distinguishing BAU from chargeable scope.
• Drive iteration cycles, UAT, cutover, and go-live readiness, working alongside functional leads across EC, Time, Payroll, P&G, and other modules.
• Support the practice with delivery documentation, reusable assets, and continuous improvement of our delivery methodology.
What You’ll Bring
• 2–4 years of project management or project coordination experience, ideally in HR technology , SaaS implementation, or IT consulting.
• Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors or a comparable HCM platform. Understanding of at least one SuccessFactors module is a strong plus.
• Solid grasp of project management fundamentals — planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, and governance.
• Strong client-facing and written communication skills; able to run meetings and produce clear status reporting.
• Comfort working across multiple concurrent projects and coordinating distributed teams across Southeast Asia.
Nice to Have
• SAP SuccessFactors certification (any module) or Activate methodology familiarity.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
• Experience delivering across multiple SEA countries and multi-country
• Familiarity with AMS/managed-services delivery and ticketing tools.
