What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide professional beauty and skincare advice to customers based on their needs
- Recommend suitable products and assist customers throughout their shopping experience
- Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits clearly
- Maintain a neat and welcoming store environment
- Assist with stock replenishment and daily store operations
- Stay updated on the latest beauty, skincare and product trends
What We’re Looking For
- Passionate about beauty, skincare and customer service
- Sales-oriented with good communication skills
- Comfortable approaching and engaging customers
- Prior beauty, retail, skincare or sales experience will be an advantage
- Candidates without experience but with a strong interest in beauty are welcome
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
- Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
