Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced freelance contractor to provide technical and functional support for our SAP SuccessFactors system. The contractor will be responsible for independently troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving system issues, ensuring the smooth operation of the HR system while providing timely support to HR users.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP SuccessFactors system support and issue resolution.
Independently troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve functional and system-related issues across SAP SuccessFactors modules.
Administer and maintain SAP SuccessFactors, including system configuration, user roles and permissions, workflows, business rules, and system settings.
Investigate and resolve system errors, integration issues, workflow failures, and data discrepancies.
Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions to prevent recurring issues.
Manage data uploads, imports, exports, and mass updates while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Configure and maintain system changes in accordance with business requirements.
Support system enhancements, testing (UAT), and release management for new functionalities.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support HR operations.
Provide guidance and training to HR users on system functionality and best practices.
Maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge articles.
Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements to optimise efficiency and user experience.
Requirements
Proven hands-on experience supporting and administering SAP SuccessFactors.
Strong functional and configuration knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central (experience with other modules is an advantage).
Demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve SAP SuccessFactors system issues without relying on vendor support.
Experience in system configuration, business rules, workflows, role-based permissions, imports/exports, and reporting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with HR stakeholders.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage priorities effectively
