Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the spa and ensure high standards of customer service.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition and revenue.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of clients, business contacts and external partners to generate new customer opportunities.
• Leverage existing client networks and industry contacts to attract new customers and grow the spa’s customer base.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, special offers and customer engagement activities.
• Develop and manage online and offline marketing initiatives, including social media and other promotional channels.
• Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships to expand the company’s customer reach.
• Monitor marketing performance, customer acquisition and sales results, and recommend improvements.
• Work closely with the management team to develop strategies for business growth and customer retention.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant experience in spa, wellness, beauty, hospitality, sales or marketing management.
• Strong marketing, sales and business development skills.
• Well-established customer and business network with the ability to generate new customer leads and business opportunities.
• Strong communication, networking and relationship-management skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute effective promotional and customer acquisition strategies.
• Good leadership and management skills.
• Language Requirements
• Proficient in English, Mandarin and Hokkien.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Hokkien-speaking customers and business contacts.
