Contract Assistant Manager, Facilities Development (Healthcare) - WEST / Up to 7K #HHL

Location: Kent Ridge
Salary: Up to 7K
Working hour: Mon-Fri, office hour
Duration: 9 months

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement healthcare facilities development projects
• Develop project governance policies, processes and technical standards
• Conduct feasibility studies for hospital rejuvenation projects
• Lead project design development and user engagement
• Manage procurement of consultancy and construction packages
• Review project schedules, method statements and material submissions
• Oversee consultants and contractors to ensure contractual compliance
• Liaise with local authorities and relevant stakeholders
• Prepare cost estimates, scopes of work and Bills of Quantities
• Prepare reports, presentations and meeting minutes

Requirements

• Min. Degree in Architecture, Building, Engineering, Project Management or equivalent
• Min 3–5 years of experience in complex A&A projects within live environments
• Minimum two years of healthcare infrastructure or commercial project experience
• Experience working in an owner or developer environment is advantageous
• Strong project, stakeholder and contractor management skills
