Order Fulfillment Executive (7 months/MEDICAL DEVICE MNC) - West/up to $4k #HAO

Job Description:
1) Perform check against customers’ PO and generate Delivery Orders in SAP for daily deliveries; Issue Invoice upon receiving signed DO.

2) Liaise with internal and external warehouses for stock release.

3) Liaise with internal delivery personnel and appointed forwarder for transportation and delivery arrangement.

4) Monitoring Project PO and invoice for processing both in SAP and coordinates with Sales team and supplier.

5) Attend to customers inquiries on delivery status.

6) Prepares Collection Note for equipment returned and need for replacement and otherwise units for disposal; Request for Credit Notes for returned orders.

7) Check and verify forwarder’s invoice for submission to Finance for payment.

8) Establish and maintain an efficient documentation filing system.

9) Involve in twice yearly Stock Take Exercise

10) Involve in ISO yearly audits

11) Backup team member during their absence

12) Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by immediate superior

Job Requirements: Min Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business or similar w min 2 yrs of relevant order processing experience, preferably in chemical/medical device/PHARMA industries
