About this job
Job Scope:
- Perform wafer testing on the wafer platform as per the schedule.
- Conduct die testing on the die platform as per the schedule.
- Carry out die sorting on the sorting platform as per the schedule.
- Maintain and manage 6S standards within the Fab.
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Engineering.
• Prior working experience within Fab environment preferred (6-inch/8-inch Fab).
• Able to read and write to understand equipment labels and common terms used in clean room.
• Proficient in using Windows operating system and Office software.
• No experience are welcome to apply.
Other Details:
- Shift: 830am to 830pm - 4334/week
- Yishun
- Basic salary from $2500/month
