Marketing Executive

📍 Location: Candidates will support across 3 different campuses: Downtown East, Macpherson and West Coast
💰 Basic Salary: From S$3,000 + Performance Incentives

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive student enrolment, engage parents, and support marketing initiatives across our education centres.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on parent enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, social media, and walk-ins.
• Drive student enrolment and achieve monthly admission targets.
• Plan and execute online/offline marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
• Manage digital marketing channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media.
• Develop partnerships with schools, organisations, and corporate partners.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend strategies to improve lead generation and conversion.

Requirements

• Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development; education industry experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and online advertising platforms.
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused.
