Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers in lounge and VIP areas.

• Ensure customer comfort in treatment rooms before executing services.

• Complete treatment protocols using hand techniques.

• Introduce products utilized during treatments to customers.

• Maintain cleanliness by promptly addressing any product spillage.

• Offer refreshments post-treatment and provide advice on next steps.

• Present products used during treatments and share information on promotions.

• Schedule follow-up consultations and relay appointment details to relevant staff.

• Restock and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring all necessary products and disposables are available.

• Clear used items, such as testers and cups, after customer departures.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a spa environment.

• Strong customer orientation with a results-driven mindset.

• Ability to perform both facial and body treatments.

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; must be self-motivated and proactive.

• Flexibility to work retail hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Enthusiastic about the beauty and service industry.
