- Coordinate and liaise directly with main contractors to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of issues
- Apply AutoCAD, Revit modeling skills to develop accurate architectural designs aligned with project requirements
- Coordinate structural (C&S) and mechanical & electrical (M&E) services to integrate multidisciplinary inputs effectively
- Utilize at least 5 years of experience working on local projects, preferably including HDB developments, to meet local standards and client expectations
