We're looking for hungry, target-driven individuals who want to earn what they're worth. If you love the chase of a deal and the payout of closing one, this is for you.
What You'll Do
- Hunt for new business — Cold calls, networking, events, online, wherever the leads are.
- Build relationships with clients and understand what they need.
- Pitch services and closing deals
- Negotiate terms and get contracts signed.
- Keep track of your pipeline and results.
What You Need
- Diploma minimum — fresh grads welcome.
- Hungry for commission, driven to hit and beat targets.
- Good talker, good closer.
- Sales/BD experience a bonus, not a must.
- Comfortable working independently, on the ground, meeting clients across Singapore.
- Microsoft Office skills; CRM exposure a plus.
