Key Responsibilities

Student Recruitment & Sales

• Drive student recruitment for the company's tuition programmes, academic services and overseas education application services.
• Actively generate new leads and develop student recruitment channels rather than relying solely on enquiries provided by the company.
• Communicate with prospective students and parents to understand their academic goals, needs and concerns.
• Recommend appropriate programmes and education solutions and convert enquiries into confirmed enrolments.
• Manage the full sales process from lead generation, initial consultation and follow-up to conversion, payment and enrolment.
• Meet or exceed assigned monthly and annual sales/revenue targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with students and parents and develop potential referral opportunities.
• Monitor leads, conversion rates and revenue performance and provide regular sales updates.

Social Media Marketing & Lead Generation

• Plan and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate prospective student leads.
• Create, edit and publish engaging educational and promotional content across relevant social media platforms.
• Manage the company's social media accounts and maintain a consistent and professional brand image.
• Develop content based on students' and parents' interests, including education trends, examination information, university admissions, study tips and programme promotions.
• Understand how to use social media content to move potential customers from awareness → enquiry → consultation → enrolment.
• Monitor content performance, audience engagement, enquiries and lead conversion, and adjust content strategies accordingly.
• Identify current social media trends and new digital channels that could support student acquisition.
• Support online and offline marketing campaigns, seminars, webinars, education events and promotional activities.
• Experience with platforms such as Xiaohongshu (RED), WeChat, Douyin/TikTok, Instagram or other relevant social media platforms would be advantageous.

Education & University Admissions Consulting

• Provide consultations to students and parents regarding academic planning, university selection and education pathways.
• Advise students on undergraduate and postgraduate admissions, including entry requirements, application procedures, timelines and required documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of university admissions policies and education pathways in major study destinations, including Singapore, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong and other relevant markets.
• Understand and manage the student application journey from initial consultation and university selection through application preparation, submission and follow-up.
• Work closely with students and parents throughout the application process and provide clear and professional guidance.

Teaching & Academic Support

• Be capable of teaching at least one academic subject or educational programme according to the candidate's academic background and area of expertise.
• Undertake teaching responsibilities when required by the company.
• Provide students with appropriate academic guidance, feedback and learning support.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' academic progress where necessary.
• Work closely with the academic team to ensure that programmes recommended during the sales process appropriately match students' academic needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant discipline.
• Strong sales, student recruitment and business development capabilities.
• Proven ability and willingness to work towards clearly defined sales and revenue targets.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to convert prospective enquiries into paying students.
• Experience in education sales, student recruitment, tuition, international education or education consulting is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with undergraduate and postgraduate admissions requirements and processes across major international education destinations.
• Experience in social media marketing, content creation and digital lead generation.
• Ability to independently plan, create and publish social media content rather than relying entirely on an external marketing team.
• Good understanding of how social media engagement can be converted into enquiries and ultimately student enrolments.
• Able to teach at least one academic subject or educational programme confidently. Candidates from different academic subject backgrounds are welcome.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Strong consultation, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working in a target-driven and performance-oriented environment.
• Able to independently develop leads, follow up consistently and take ownership of sales outcomes.
• Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism and integrity.
