Project Engineers (Construction Permitting /Building Codes Compliance)

• Statutory Submissions: Lead regulatory applications and approvals for plant construction and equipment hookups, ensuring strict adherence to environmental, fire, and safety regulations.
• Compliance Tracking: Create and manage permitting registers, meticulously tracking milestones to keep capital projects and facility modifications on the critical path.
• Ensure that design permitting meets local building codes compliances and relevant fire safety standard.
• Prepare and manage permitting workflows and schedules based. including identify critical tasks, and ensure permitting approvals are obtained in timely manners to support project milestones.
• Manage discussion/consultation with local Authorities. In general, for fire safety issues with SCDF, NEA, BCA
• Track waiver / ST submission submission and appeal cases
