Snr Project Engineer / Project Manager (Security Systems / Site Management / 5 Days)

• Salary: $4500 - $5500

• Working Hour: Monday - Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm)

• Company Location: Jurong East

• Variable bonus + Excellent Wellfare

Job Scope:

• Lead and manage security system projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate daily site activities with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Conduct project kick-off meetings and regular progress meetings.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and overall work progress.
• Identify project risks, delays, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate submissions, approvals, and clearances with relevant authorities.
• Prepare project reports and maintain project documentation.
• Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of security systems.
• Resolve technical issues encountered on-site and provide practical solutions.
• Ensure projects comply with quality, safety, and company standards.
• Liaise closely with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirement:

• Diploma in IT Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architectural or equivalent
• 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience in project management
