About this job

  • Oversees workplace safety and health compliance during the building, expansion, or retrofitting of high-purity production plants, cleanrooms, and laboratories.
  • Ensure all site building activities follow local Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) acts, Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations, and corporate EHS standards.
  • Oversee High-Risk operations via the Permit-to-Work (PTW)system (hot work, work-at-height, confined space, lifting).
  • Lead routine safety patrols, contractor audits, andcorrective action implementations.
  • Lead investigations, perform root cause analysis (RCA), andreport safety incidents or near-misses.
  • Align construction safety protocols with Good ManufacturingPractice (GMP) requirements and cleanroom installation guidelines.
  • Degree in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), Occupational Health, Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
