Sales Executive

JobDescription:

• Sales Generation: Contribute to the team revenue in all aspects of the sales process, including lead generation, customer inquiries, order processing, and post-sales support.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers by providing prompt and accurate information, addressing queries and concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Proposal and Quotation Preparation: create sales proposals and quotations, ensuring accuracy, and timely delivery to customers.
• Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify potential sales opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
• Trade Shows and Events: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of trade shows, industry events, and customer demonstrations to promote products and services.
• Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including maintaining sales records, preparing sales documentation, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings and appointments.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marine electronics or marine camera sales (prior experience in recreational marine will be an added advantage).
• Basic knowledge of vessel navigation safety regulations and low-light/low-visibility navigation is preferred.
• Proven B2B sales and key account management experience.
• Experience in channel and territory sales management.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits, boat shows, exhibitions and other sales activities.
• Self-driven and results-oriented, with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Strong presentation skill, both in person and via video conferencing.
• Experience in sales forecasting and reporting, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and resolve sales-related challenges effectively.
