About this job
- Prepare material and tools as stated in the set-up sheet.
- Set up and operate the CNC Milling and Turning machine.
- Checking critical features and dimensions.
- Report on a blunt or broken tool.
- Report on material requires for production at a low level.
- Compliance with ISO 14001 objectives.
- Perform proper maintenance procedures, keeping the machine/tools and workplace clean.
- Higher Nitec/Nitec with relevant experience.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience for those without Higher Nitec/Nitec
- Knowledge of CNC lathe and machining process.
- Knowledge in interpreting drawing.
- Adhere to Environment Health and Safety requirements at the workplace.
