Job Summary

Lead and manage all aspects of shop operations, including sales performance and customer service excellence, to drive business growth and achieve targets in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate shop staff to consistently achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
• Manage daily shop operations to ensure smooth workflow and optimal sales and service performance
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention under fast-paced conditions
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and drive business results
• Maintain professional and service-oriented conduct to uphold the shop’s reputation and customer experience
• Adapt to working schedules including weekends and public holidays to meet operational demands
• Collaborate with supervisors as needed to align shop activities with broader business objectives

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional hairdressing experience

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively under supervision when required
