Job Description
Reporting directly to senior management, this position serves as the primary internal owner of technology governance, cybersecurity oversight, and vendor management.Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the organisation's IT governance, cybersecurity, and technology risk management framework.
- Act as the primary stakeholder to manage outsourced IT service providers and key technology vendors.
- Oversee vendor's service delivery, infrastructure operations, system upgrades, patch management, incident management, and IT performance against agreed service levels.
- Ensure compliance with MAS Technology Risk Management (TRM) Guidelines, Cyber Hygiene requirements, and internal security standards.
- Conduct cyber risk assessments, third-party risk reviews, control effectiveness testing, and security governance activities.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance technology policies, standards, procedures, and governance documentation.
- Present technology, cybersecurity, risk, and vendor performance updates to senior stakeholders and support strategic technology initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful IT & Cybersecurity professional should have:
- Strong understanding of MAS Technology Risk Management Guidelines andCyber Hygiene requirements.
- Demonstrated experience managing outsourced IT environments, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and external technology vendors.
- Experience conducting vendor due diligence, technology risk assessments, and security reviews.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior management and board-level audiences.
