Customer Service | Toa Payoh

Location : Toa Payoh

Working Hours : 8am - 5pm

Working day : 5 days work week

Salary : Up to $2,800 (to be discuss)

• Coordinate the booking of service halls, and facilitate the process of check in and check out

• Good understanding of the industry and services provided, assisting clients to make an informed choice

• Logistics support

• Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and record case information

• Handles complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives with the time limit and following up to ensure resolution

• Keep records of customer interactions, process, documentation, and update customer’s cases

• Support frontline staff on administrative duties

• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager

Requirement:

* With 1 year or without experience are welcome

* Comfortable working in the funeral industry

* Able to do shift work, and work on Public Holidays and Overtime
