Business Analyst (Finance Transformation)

Brief Summary:

Join a dynamic team as a Business Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing business processes through analysis, solution design, and project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of client business processes and operational challenges.
• Organize requirements gathering workshops and engage with stakeholders through interviews.
• Perform gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement.
• Document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
• Translate business requirements into actionable system solutions.
• Support solution evaluation and vendor/product assessments.
• Participate in business transformation initiatives and improvements to operating models.
• Assist in coordinating end-to-end system implementation projects.
• Manage project risks, issues, and maintain stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate closely with developers, architects, vendors, and business users to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify and support post-go-live enhancement initiatives.
• Engage in change management and user adoption activities.
• Provide operational and business support as needed.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Solution Consultant, IT Consultant, Financial Systems Consultant, Project Lead, or IT Project Manager.
• Proven experience in delivering enterprise system implementation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficient in writing business requirements and functional specifications.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience in supporting System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and production support.
