Indoor Sales Executive.

We are representing our client a local freight forwarder located in Changi Airfreight Centre to hire for Indoor Sales Executive

• Handle customer enquiries on rates, routings, schedules and space availability.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and spot rate requests.
• Follow up with customers on potential and upcoming shipment opportunities.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers through regular calls and communication.
• Assist the Reservations team with cargo bookings, amendments and booking follow-up when required.
• Support booking coordination for both direct and interline shipments.
• Work closely with Reservations on space availability, booking priorities and flight requirements.
• Monitor customer booking, tonnage and revenue performance.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor rates, capacity and market conditions.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years in air cargo sales, customer service, or cargo reservations within an airline, GSA, or freight forwarder.
• Basic understanding of airfreight pricing, spot rating, routings, and space capacity constraints.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and familiarity with cargo reservation systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build customer relationships and negotiate rates.
• Proactive attitude for sales follow-ups and identifying shipment opportunities.
• Good team player capable of collaborating closely with internal reservations and operations teams.

Working Hours : Mon-Friday8.30-6.00 pm
